Recruitment
Florida State University’s Panhellenic community is home to 17 chapters that all offer women the chance to enhance their collegiate experience. Formal recruitment in the Fall allows women to learn more about each unique sisterhood on campus, meet like-minded women, and potentially run home to them on bid day. We encourage all women to consider going through recruitment, as the experience has the ability to positively impact their time at FSU and long after. For more information about the fall Panhellenic Recruitment, visit the Panhellenic website.

Hi, Potential New Members!
Hi! McKenna, Vice President of Recruitment, and Gracie, Vice President of Recruitment Information here - We are beyond excited to meet you. Recruitment is such a special time—filled with new connections, exciting changes, and the beginning of something truly wonderful—and we feel so lucky to be a part of your journey.
When we went through recruitment, we remember feeling a mix of nerves and anticipation. We didn’t know exactly what we were looking for, but we did know how we wanted to feel. The women we met in Alpha Chi were authentic, passionate, and welcoming in a way that made us feel completely seen and understood. We walked away from that week knowing we had found our home—and now, we hope to help create that same feeling for you.
The women of Alpha Chi have become our biggest supporters, our safe place, and the people we can count on for absolutely anything. They’re the ones who show up without being asked—whether it’s to celebrate successes, offer a shoulder during hard days, or simply be there for the little moments that make life meaningful. Being surrounded by women who lead with kindness, who push us to grow, and who love so freely has changed us in the best ways. They've helped us to become more confident in who we are, and we truly wouldn’t be the people we are today without them.
Whether Alpha Chi becomes your home or simply a step along the way, our greatest hope is that you find the place where you feel celebrated, supported, and truly yourself. We’re here to cheer you on, welcome you in, and remind you that you are more than enough—exactly as you are.
We can’t wait to meet you in August!!
McKenna & Gracie
