Meet our Executive Board!

Leah Solomon
Chapter President
Hi! My name is Leah Solomon and I proudly serve as the Chapter President of Alpha Chi Omega. I am from Tampa, Florida, and am a junior majoring in Advertising, with a minor in Art History. Throughout the past three years Alpha Chi has given me friendships, opportunities, and a network of well-rounded women. I am so proud to not only be a part of this organization, but to lead it.
In my time at Florida State, I have explored the many passions that I possess, revolving mostly around art and communication. In addition to my drive for academics, I was a member of the graphic design team of, on-campus magazine, Strike. I am also on the Arrowhead Advertising Competition team, and in the Advertising Club. Nothing makes me feel more fulfilled than pursuing leadership roles where I feel the most myself, a prime example of this being Alpha Chi. In Alpha Chi, I started off doing what I love, designing and painting banners. I have grown through the roles I have held, ultimately leading to my position now.
I am extremely passionate about promoting sisterhood and women in leadership. This position is so meaningful to me because I am able to give back to the chapter and to the school that has given me so much. I have received overwhelming support in my efforts to succeed. I did not even know support like this existed. Joining the executive board last year granted me the opportunity to explore my style of leadership and express my creativity. This opportunity is what shaped me into the person I am today.

Emma Lawrence

Hi! My name is Emma Lawrence and I am so proud to be serving as this year’s Vice President of Chapter Relations and Standards. I am a junior from Boca Raton Fl, majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a focus on Speech Pathology. Coming to FSU I was unsure of whether I wanted to join a sorority or not, but in the end, I could not be more happy with my decision. Throughout my time in Alpha Chi, I have served as Song Chair and the Sophomore Representative for our Standards board. This was where I found my passion for leadership and helping others. Alpha Chi has been there for me though all my ups and downs, and given me friendships that I will take with me through the rest of my life. LITB!

It has truly made me the person I am today by giving me endless opportunities and surrounding me with people who push me to be my best everyday. Helping maintain the chapter’s budgets and dues ensures that we are able to have so many amazing opportunities and events throughout the year. Alpha Chi has given me so much more than I could have ever imagined and I can not wait to work alongside such an amazing executive board to give back this upcoming year. LITB!

Zoe Bober
VP Recruitment
Hi! My name is Zoe Bober and words cannot express how excited I am to be a member of this amazing executive board as VP Recruitment. I am a junior from Alpharetta, GA in the College of Nursing. Recruitment is my favorite time of the year since it brings everyone in the chapter together for one common goal - to find genuine women to continue our chapter's legacy. I want every woman who walks through those red doors to feel loved and valued. Strangers quickly become sisters, which is what is so special about the recruitment process. The love that I have for this chapter continues to grow and there is no doubt that bringing in the next generation of sisters will only make my love grow deeper.

Emma Heuermann
VP New Member Education
Hi! My name is Emma, I am from Clearwater Florida and I’m majoring in psychology with a minor in child development. While going through recruitment last year, the main aspect that I was looking for by joining a sorority was finding a strong support system of women who empower each other through constant love and encouragement and here at FSU Alpha Chi Omega I’ve found exactly that. Having a family away from home that I can always count on is something I’ll forever be grateful for and never take for granted. Seeing the impact that my new member educator has had on me and my entire member class was nothing but inspiring and truly pushed me to serve as VPNME. I’m so grateful for the amazing opportunity to lead and inspire new members this year and give back to the chapter that has already given me so much. Alpha Chi has truly made me into the real strong woman I am today and I’m forever grateful for this chapter and these people.
